Care and Use

Always use any other finger to support the injured finger to keep it straight and extended while cleaning, this will not stress the ruptured tendon. Clean it all round, dry it and re-insert the splint.
Tape it to fix and stabilize. This process can be repeated every 4-7 days. If you don’t feel confident enough to do this, the treating Doctor could do it for you.
